Cardio HIIT Aerobics Workout for Beginners & Seniors // All Standing & Low Impact!
Let's get our blood pumping with this quick and effective cardio aerobics workout! All exercises are standing and low impact. Each move is set to a 45 second timer then we recover for 15 seconds in which I will demonstrate the next move. There are no repeats and most exercises are combinations which keeps it from getting boring and the time will fly by!
Movements are also set to the beat of the music, but please go at your own pace if I am moving too fast for you. You Do You :)

      Thank you 😀 I just did the new 10 min series. They are meant to be put together for a full body workout. If you do the upper and lower body sections twice through it makes it an hour!

    Hi Lauren Thank you so much for all your amazing workouts! I was wondering if you would consider doing a workout that targets vestibulair system? And memory. I imagine I and many others could really benefit from it. I suffer from chronic dizzines and TBI. So horrible memory too. But I imagine some others here also could use a workout for their brain. You could combine it with a strech or balance too.. I hope it's okay I write this. I don't want to come across as rude or demanding. It is just difficult finding it other places.     Hi Lauren, I didn't really want to join a seniors or beginners class, as im 53 and used to to pilates 4 times a week, but I developed bursitis in both my shoulders and both hips, so was unable to participate in any of my usual classes. I found you and it is just the right level for me, im hoping to build strength and then will be able to up the weights and improve, thank you so much for these classes!
